- We will do our best to accommodate any pet with medical conditions on an immediate basis or book an appointment that can work with your  schedule. 

- We offer no charge drop offs  and no charge day time hospitalization when any service needs to be completed during the work day. You can simply bring your pet in on your way to work and pick him / her up, on your way back home. 

-  Sick and injured pets with life threatening conditions, will be dealt with as priority cases and can be admitted for an exam and hospitalization .
